We provide consultancy and litigation services regarding all disputes in inheritance law, in particular, preparing a will, obtaining a certificate of inheritance (declaration of succession) for the determination of inheritors and their shares, and the partitioning of the estate

Services we provide in Inheritance Law are;

• Drawing up ve Drawing up/revocation proceedings of wills and inheritance contracts
• Obtaining a certificate (of inheritance) (declaration of succession)
• Partitioning of the inheritance among the inheritors in order to allow the determination of the inherited assets (Determination of the estate) and elimination of joint ownership (elimination of the partnership) (izale-i şüyu)
• Filing a will contest for the annulment of the disposition in the event of wrongful asset transfer from the deceased to non-heirs
• Fulfilling the procedures for the disclaimer of inheritance in case the deceased leaves a debt to the inheritors
• Filing of actions for annulment and restitution of testamentary dispositions
