We carry out comprehensive investigations to determine all movable and immovable property belonging to the debtor, and the rights and receivables of third parties in enforcement proceedings aiming to collect related receivables, such as pursuing the receivables of domestic and foreign clients, pursuing the debtor’s assets, and conversion of the debtor’s assets into money if the debtor fails to pay the debt. Our services in this area also cover litigation before enforcement courts and general courts for resolving disputes between creditors/debtors and third parties.
